How do you put the bit in? Mine doesnt stay. It isnt secure.

I just push it in. It goes in pretty deep if you press hard enough.

Do they looks scratch? I order 1 it looks like it was used they replaced and the hand piece still looks scratch..

Mine seemed ok. The only issue for me was it is a little loud

are the sanding bands fine or coarse?

The sanding bands are course they came in two different kinds like a medium course and more corse

What size bits does it use

I believe any size, I’ve have other nail bits from SHEIN and it fits great.
