The jacket measures 14” neck to tail in length. The smallest neck circumference I could get was 14” , abdominal 18” . If your pup is full grown you might want a small, otherwise there’s ample room for growth. Mine is a 3month 25# golden retriever. If you subscribe to “Prime” exchanges are covered.

Hi. I ordered the XL for my Mastiff. There is a size chart with weight limits for each size listed. Mine fit well. I was pleasantly surprised, though, at the quality.
