Sorry that you cannot get such magnets. Magnet is a kind of customizing product and it takes quantity to produce according to your need. A model of sample( even for 1 piece) still takes up to 16 steps to produce and US$220.00 and 4 weeks to produce. Instead of bolt/scew fixing, you may use glue to fix the magnet, and choose a similar size model. This will save you pretty much costs and time.

Can this be assembled into a haltermann array?

This magnet cannot be assembled into a haltermann array, as the magnetizing directions are coming in pair, SN-NS, with poles on the largest faces.
