Love this thing!!
Love this thing and use it all the time around the house, shop and my car. Solidly made and I have a few of the accessories as well - Leatherman Bit Kit and ratchet extension. I’ve replaced parts on my truck, tighten things around the house, you name it. Simplified multi tool and easily slips into a pocket.I selected this version because I carry a small pocket knife and wanted this fully serrated knife and carbide bit tip for safety - cut off seatbelt or break glass in an emergency. Not that I’m planning on wrecking my car, but just in case. I guess I’m becoming a Boy Scout in my later years.

Multi function tool that looks great too!
The knife is sharp and the pliers are high quality. Small enough to carry in my pant pocket without getting in the way. Well worth the cost.

not happy with size
was looking for a replacement for lost Leatherman Squirt (which Leatherman stopped making). Well made and easy to use. Feels good in hand, but just wanted something smaller and lighter. Ended up buying a used Squirt.

Good - but not perfect
I’ve owned a lot of skeletools. It is by far my favorite EDC multi tool for the same various reasons others here will point out, and comes in very handy for most situations where a pocket knife, screw driver, pliers might just do the trick. Saying that, I’ve come to find a serrated blade is better suited for most tasks. The other skeletools I’ve owned have had the usual half-serrated blade and it worked well, but the RX’s full serrated blade had me really excited to get this one. I didn’t care for the colors (one other difference), but compromised and hit the “Buy Now” button anyway.It arrived on time, in undamaged, and as expected with one exception: the two rivets I have circled in the picture have burrs on the side that can be easily felt with your bare finger and may catch on fabric, etc. during use. If it weren’t for the paint, I would just sand them down myself and chalk it up to poor quality standards. As it is, I’ll probably just learn to live with it.

Compact, light, easy to carry
I sail and needed a lightweight multitool. The serrated knife is super sharp and exactly what I need to cut through line. I only wish Leatherman made a multitool that incorporated a Marlin Spike. That would be wonderful.
