This device will NOT work with T-Mobile with 4G. I have contacted Samsung and confirmed it. If you doesn't care to use 3G, then go ahead.My opinion is that if the device doesn't work properly in USA, it should not sale here or at least tell the customer the truth.Updated on 10/25/2022After updated the software by Samsung, the phone works with 4G.I think this is pretty good budget phone.Sorry for the late update

I bought that phone as a replacement for a self-died Samsung A51. After almost 3 years I got an issue with soldering quality and infinite reboots of that phone. Before I bought A32, I tried to buy the newest A73 5G, but, unfortunately, all the Samsung phones produced after 2021 are restricted compared with the models of 2020. In the year 2022, the model Samsung A32 is the newest phone with true support of dual SIM cards and SD-card simultaneously. If you are paying attention to data safety for the case if something is happening with a phone, but need to have dual SIMs while traveling, there is no other option from Samsung.What is good, the A32 model is almost the same as the A51. Maybe, a little bit slower. But at least it is working as fully functional phone. That is really scary that Samsung is doing economy on plastic trays for dual SIMs slots in much more expensive phones and even not able to provide the same functionality as 2 years before in own lower price phones...

The phone was great. High quality. Exactly as described. I wasn't able to use it. It's not compatible with Cricket Service.

The wife's phone wouldn't work in the US, so I got this one, as I have one already and it works great. The nice thing is it has dual SIMS, so you can use 2 different carriers, done from cards. It is unlocked. Has great camera for photos as well.

Phone had some issues to begin with, like slow processor and poor fingerprint and face recognition etc. But it was still usable and expected at this price. What was not expected was that phone will stop working in 3 months. Now the touch screen has turned into ghost screen and there is no warranty or return. It's a piece of junk after 3 months of use

Delivery was fast, phone new and works fine. Happy with my purchase.

The phone started out great, then after a few weeks it started to slow down and drop a few calls. Sometimes it doesnt connect to the wifi network automatically either. I made a customer complaint about it and no one has responded to me or tried to help. It serves its purpose but I don't think I would buy this phone again...I think I got a faulty one.

Works great, glad I made this purchase.
