Probably not, most likely you have to have the right length of tube and the rubber hoses to connect everything,I would type in the search 03 gmc envoy 4.2L coldair intake and see what comes up, hope that helps.

I would definitely upgrade the filter, these ate cheap and aren't meant to be cleaned. If you measure the inlet hole you can find this filter for any brand.
