Very good value
I'm using these mustard seeds to ferment beetroot and carrots, good for muscle ache, colds, ect. I think the old ways are better than opioid and other drugs, which are addictive . Tramadol seems to be given out like sweets, i avoid them like the plague. The carrot and beetroot I'm fermenting at the moment is an Asian recipe.
