Neon sign
Beautiful and bright, purchased as a gift. It was missing a remote control the package says it’s supposed to have one and missing the rings to hang it up, for the price it should contain those items. Contacted customer service nothing resolved was told to contact company directly, which is ridiculous. It looks really good hanging up now. Lots of compliments.

Great product missing Remote for Light dimmer
This product is great very pricy but has good quality. I had to give this 3 stars because I did not receive the remote light dimmer that is supposed to come with the light. Other than that everything was good and it looks great in my home

Lovely, but hard to read
I got this to hang in my office and I thought it looked great, but almost everyone who walks in asks "What does that say?" The "Good" and "Only" aren't a problem, but the "Vibes" looks like V I L O E S. The round part of the "b" is so far away from the vertical line of the b (think l and o, instead of b) that it makes the word kind of illegible. Once people know what it says, it's fine and they get it, but I walked into my office yesterday and two women were standing in front of it trying to decipher it and they weren't even in the ballpark of "Vibes." I still like it, and Good Vibes are so important these days that anything I can do to encourage them, I'm in. I just wish people were able to understand the message without guessing.
