These take a few tastes to get used to but once you do the product is great. My favorite flavors are the watermelon, orange and lemon lime. They aren't too sweet like regular soda, and not that salty taste like seltzers. They are big on flavor and low on sugar. You don't have that heavy syrupy taste. They are more refreshing than regular soda. Company loves it when my fridge is stocked with them.

I'm SHOCKED that I have not read a review yet that mentions this: If you're new to prebiotic/probiotic sodas, do NOT drink much to start!!! I got these because of that stupid sleepy tikky tokky chicky thingy, and put my splash of prebiotic soda (these... Ginger Lime... which actually tasted pretty decent) in the drink. Well, it's difficult to sleep when you're in the bathroom all night because of the effects of these "healthier" sodas. Maybe it's just me, and I'm allergic, or my gut is just super out-of-whack or something, but the effects of this stuff went all night and into the next day. It was horrifying. I did lose a couple of pounds of water weight, though! Puh. Maybe I'll try, but most likely the teenager in the house will finish these.Update: the teen loves these! I'm still buying them because he's hooked. They're WAY too expensive, though, so I may have to wean him off them. ALSO, I'm used to them now, and I like the Watermelon flavor, and Cherry Limeade, too. So if they were more reasonably priced, I would more highly recommend.

Great product but poor shipping. No protection other than basic shrink wrap around the cans in a basic cardboard tray. Was damaged during shipping, dented cans and broken. Amazon made it right with a refund, but I will not buy online again. Will stick to buying in person, locally.
