How to cook? Instructions are not clear.

The easy-to-follow instruction is on the back of the product. However, below is an instruction you could follow. What you need: 2lbs stew beef 1lb smoked fish or shrimp ½ tsp salt 1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon ¾ cup palm oil 6 cups water 1 packet Albasa Egusi Soup Mix Instruction 1. Add beef, salt, bouillon and 1 cups water to medium pot. 2. Cook on medium heat till meat is tender, and water is almost dried. 3. Remove meat and set aside. 4. Add 5 cups of water and oil to the pot, and bring to a rolling boil. 5. Quickly stir in Egusi mix and meat. Cover and cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes (its important to stir quickly and cover for the first 5 minutes to get the right texture) 6. Add smoked fish or shrimp, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

WOW! Way Beyond our expectations!!!

Absolutely love this mix. We have been wanting to try this for a while now. Never was hesitant just had to slow down. We have been trying out different cultures of food. This right here blew our expectations. It was really really good. Had a good spice and the flavor was so great! My husband made some fufu to serve with it. We also added lamb for our beef of choice. Will definitely buy again!

There’s only one level of spicy in this Egusi and that’s FLAMING 🔥🔥🔥Aside from extremely spicy the mix is is good. But won’t purchase again unless the spice level is adjusted.
