Blue cheese after taste.
Well, it’s super creamy but it has a bitter and blue cheese after taste. I put it on toasted French bread slices with caviar and vine ripened tomatoes and the aftertaste wasn’t as pronounced. If you LOVE blue cheese then you will love this cheese. Personally, I HATE blue cheese and will never purchase this again. But I do recommend if not a hater of blue cheese.

The creamiest mixture I've ever put in my mouth
I couldn't believe how good this was!!! It was like shaving a liquid with a knife?? OMFG!!!!! If your on the fence because of the price? Just do it! At first its sticker shock, then you start eating a box a crackers with it, you'll barely make a dent and stare at a mountain of cheese to go. So you keep eating. And Eating. And coming around to how amazing this could be! Buy it. Now.
