This bike works strait out of the box. Just plug and once charged away you go. It in has two plugs for charging one for UK the other for Europe. This bike is very slick and lean.haven't ridden it yet can't wait to try it

I absolutely love this, a solid, well made, (quite heavy) and highly recommended for any jaunt out. Would love to find a bag to put it in to take on trains etc but I cannot find any fault at all.

I’m sure the product is excellent however I ordered the product on June the 5th it arrived on June the 29th unpacked item to find not a wind goo but a movway nothing like was described is this the item that I ordered or something completely different instructions were in French and the bike is completely dead does not work communication with company shocking first ever ebike thank god ive got a 220 mph kawasaki to keep me sane

Excellent for the money comes boxed up with charger and you have to fit a mud guard and attach the front section in place and slide the catch across then do the pegs they just screw in place then the seat pump the tyres and away you go be aware there is no suspension so it can get quite bumpy it flies along on the flat and slows down on hills but as long as it isnt really steep it will climb it for the money I still think it's great value for money

It’s fully charged.... and dead as a dodo.... what’s going on here!!!Update!!!! You need to switch power on, sit on it, and scoot it along with your feet some distance... and then the motor kicks in. It’s still not a Windgoo tho, and it’s not the same as the one advertised.

Lovely e-scooter, well made and strong.Easy to fold and carry ( it is heavy though).So pleased I bought it. Doesn’t take long to charge and the ride is smooth.

Bought for my 50 year old son. It is great and really good value for money. The only problem was that the instructions were not in English, but I soon solved that by using a google translator for the bits we weren't sure about. Buying a cycle indicator is useful as it is not easy to take your hand off the accelerator to indicate turning right, although it doesn't slow down as soon as you remove your hand, but you can't let other traffic know for very long. Seems to be too cheap at the price, but it isn't!
