I bought this paper for my home made sourdough, so I could make custom paper bags. It's a nice quality, the perfect weight paper for how I'm using it. I love that it's American made and food grade. The only thing that would have made it better was if it came in a protective box with a blade like tinfoil, that would have made my life so much easier. But as it is, I would definitely buy it again. But it's a huge roll, so that might not be for a while.

Love having this on hand! So far have used it on the counter for a party and to wrap up sourdough loaves! Great value, much cheaper than buying a bunch of small packs.
