I've been using this to help with tight jaw, neck and shoulder muscles. It feels nice to use, very smooth and cool to the touch. I appreciate the deep cut out because it makes it easier to hold. I was worried it may be fragile but the thickness is good. Of course if its dropped on a hard floor then I'd expect it to break, it's just the nature of the material. So be careful when cleaning it at the sink! It came well packaged surrounded by foam in a nice little box. My first time buying this type of product but I'm very happy with it so far.

This is lovely to look at! Its feels so cooling on the skin as well. I couldnt tell you if it actually works or if im using it correctly but it hasnt put me off! I use it every morning on my way to work on my face and neck, i might be imagining it but i do feel like i can see a little but of difference in the puffiness of my face. Who knows! Either way i enjoy using it.

Practical and does what's intended very easily, sometimes pulls on my face but that isn't exactly an issue.

Really well packaged. Felt like opening jewellery with the box and all the layers :-) the item is perfect and a nice size for going around the contours of my face. I've paired it with the Revolution face oil, early days to say if it makes a difference but I've heard good things

Would recommend this for anyone with puffy eyes or face. I use this for a couple of minutes mornigjt and night and l don't feel so puffy. Lightweight comes in a nice package for a gift maybe.

Good quality tool , good value and a beautiful colour green , very relaxing massage especially when used cold .

Absolutely terrible. The quality control must not exist, because the edges of this gua sha are squared off and sharp, not rounded at all. It is impossible to use. Do not buy!
