I learned about this from a lady that swears by the ginger footpads, and so I decided to give them a try. I was using them for three weeks, and then I had a problem with an old injury to my knee. I decided to try the pads on my knee, and within one day it was healed after a whole week of no improvement with using 3 liquid gel NSAIDS. I was impressed the pads were able to work out my knee pain. Often when I have this knee pain, it lasts for almost a month before it heals. This time, it was only 7 days.One tip: Cut strips into the adhesive very gently around the pad to use on the knees. This way, it's not stuck on in a straight line more like to stay stuck on your curved knee when you bend it.

It clearly states that I should’ve received 40 packs of 2 but I only received 32! I was ripped off by 8! If you see the pic of the front with the tape, you can see the round tape was the first one taped on then the square one was taped over the round. When I opened the Amazon box the square tape was standing tall like in the photograph. Wow way to cheat your customers so you save money. It will be interesting to see if there are 2 in every package.

Not as good as other brands

This is the most amazing product I have ever tried for quality sleep. You will not regret this purchase. It’s completely amazing! I sleep like a baby every night I use them, and I wake up feeling so much peace. Again, you will nor regret!

These aren't nearly as good as others I have tried. You must wear socks with them or they will come off in the middle of the night. I hate wearing socks to bed so not ideal for me.

Sticks pretty well and leaves no sticky residue. Good quality. Wash feet after removing the pad.

I really like the fact that once you put the patch on your feet to detox once you go to sleep you can feel pulling all of the gunk from your feet
