As a woman over 40, I have learned to appreciate the value of any product that improves my hair, nails, or skin. Colostrum is a great way to supplement and achieve all of these goals. Of all of the products that I’ve tried, this brand is unquestionably the absolute best. It tastes a little bit like cheese. If you’ve never tried it before, you can either dry scoop it, which is what I do, or you can mix it into something. I don’t think you’re supposed to mix it into hot beverages though. So, I wanted a product that offers everything that this company claims, and I only wanted one product. I was taking to many supplements, for hair, for skin and so on. I've decided to give this a try, yes it's costly, but when I added up how much I was spending on supplements, I'm actually saving money. I've been taking this for two months now and I will mention everything that I've noticed. I've always suffered from dry skin especially on my face, I've also always suffered from rashy skin, behind my ear, nose and at times my forehead. I've also been suffering from hair loss as well. I will go through what I've noticed in two months, my hair is definitely darker and stronger. I've noticed much less hair on my comb, my hair seems so much fuller as well. Hair growth has been so much faster with this product, I usually get a hair cut every two weeks and shave once a week and I now have to shave twice a week and get a haircut every week with how fast my hair has been growing. What shocked me is my skin, I've noticed my skin much less dryer, it also has this glow to it, and I'm a guy and yes I feel weird saying that my skin has a glow, but it's true ... My skin hasn't looked this healthy in so so many years. I've noticed that I am now going to the bathroom more regularly, it's definitely been helping my stomach with less bloating, and flow of bowel movement, I do feel lighter and that feeling truly helps me mentally. Now, I haven't felt a difference in energy at all, but maybe that's because of the fact that I'm already active, but my sleep patterns have changed since using this product I've been sleeping better. I started out using 3 packets a day for the first week and then I brought it down to 2 a day. One in the morning and the other at night before bed and that regimen works perfectly for me. This thing mixes well with water, no smell at all and I find it better to use the unflavored one but that's my preference. I've also used it in shakes as well. I saw a review of someone pouring it directly into their mouth, I tried it and prefer it in water or my shakes. I think one to two packets a day is more than enough. I started off with three just to get it into my system and after that just two and then I will plan to just use one a day to see if I still notice a difference. I will follow up again after using it for 6 months.

What a great product I have been using this for the last two years. My hair has never grown until I start taking colostrum. It has grown and it’s gotten really long. It also makes your nails grow. It’s good for your gut.

I took off one star for the price and the taste/texture. I do think this is effective when used consistently, gives me a little more energy and endurance. As a person whose body doesn't naturally have much of either of those, even a small increase is a big deal! I'm not, sadly, super consistent in using it, probably because it's a little off putting in smell, texture, and taste. It's not awful, I don't dread it, but I'm not getting so much effect that I'm excited to use this daily. It's a bit gritty, the taste is kinda meh, and instead of trying to mix it and then trying to choke it down, I gave up and I just tip the whole packet into the back of my mouth and swallow it like a pill. I haven't noticed an effect on my skin, but my nails are growing in thicker and stronger.

A miracle for me!!! If you have digestion problems this solved all digestion issues after only 3 days of taking it after 10 plus years of trying everything else I could! I have been taking for a week and I feel so much better it's almost unbelievable. I sleep normal now and my restless leg problem is gone which would keep me up nights. I wanted to wait a while before I reviewed this product because I wanted to test it's effectiveness. Let me preface this by saying ever since I was young I had the flu or caught a cold at least 3/4 times per year. Then I ran into Armra from a youtube video I was watching and the creator mentioned that it was good for bloating, immune support and such the like. I bought it and finished the bottle in Feb 2025, didn't repurchase immediately because again I wanted to see if it would wok. Immediately off the bat I noticed was that I was not getting sick even my husband commented on it. The thing that made me realize that this product is truly amazing is I started getting sick now in Jan 2026; scratchy throat, headache etc and in record time symptoms cleared up. Never have I ever in my life been able to shake flu symptoms and the only thing I have done differently is take this colostrum. It worked and it worked long term and I have bought another bottle for that very reason.
