If you’re going to install dreads Your best bet would be to get the thinner and more flexible dread . Not only is for the fact that dreads can get really hot on your head and this way if u get them thinner it won’t be as hot and uncomfortable with the thick fat dreads

They’re easy to put on even though depending on how many you want, might take hours if you want to make it look good . I recommend a cap of sorts to wear them at night as after a week or so they look ruffled up and sometimes they become lose , they also make the scalp itch a bit do get oils for it sold here too , they are a bit heavy as well but in all they look great and for a fair price. Will buy again .

Very very very scratchy feel to them. Looks ok from a distance . Decent shape and color although like others say the kinks may be difficult to get out. Perfectly fine for a costume or a once in a while weekend wear with rubberband and/or braid install method. Would drive me nuts though with how they feel. Thought I’d supplement my Etsy purchased dreads with a few of these but next to artisan made synthetic dreads these will stand out immensely, not in a good way.If you’re serious about dread extensions for permanent wear look on Etsy. Great price on these though if they suit your needs.

Wonderful customer service. They looked like plastic. They reminded me of a cheap Bob Marly costume, so they might be good if you plan to wear them for one night as a costume or something. I thought I could get away with using them while I brushed out my real dreads so I didn't have half dreads and half straight hair, but absolutely not. But it was a breeze returning them, I had such an easy time returning that I thought they deserved a good review. They told me I could just go ahead and throw them away, and get a refund, I didn't have to go to the post office or anything. I love Amazon for their excellent customer service, they make shopping online not so scary, because hair extensions are really something that you want to see first but unfortunately there aren't many stores that have them especially dreaded hair extensions, I should have done my research first on top rated dread extensions.

I feel I got what I paid for. This was my first time trying dreads and didn't want to break the bank. They are synthetic which I knew when I ordered. They installed fairly easy. They are a bit on the thick side but I'm not complaining, they are a tad itchy but not terrible...... they shed alot which I wasn't expecting. Overall they aren't the worst quality but not the greatest.

The strands are so stiff and thick that it felt like I had branches hanging from my head. Not to mention how scratchy they were! The loop on the top is so small I could barely get any hair through it to install them. Definitely not impressed!

We're able to put in my with my own dreads to add volume. They look great, convincingly real, only downside is that they get "frizzy" and the synthetic hair started grabbing my natural dreads. I've treated them with dolly locks products and argon oil and its helped. Will be buying more when it's time for a new color

While the blue ombré color is beautiful, all of the dreads are permanently kinked from being folded in the packaging. Tried everything to get them straight and even thought installing them would get them to lay flat, but I was wrong and had to take them out. What a bummer
