I work in admissions in an ER and at the moment, I'm alone in the mornings until mid-shift comes in. This means, I'm the person at the admissions desk in the waiting room but I also need to check in the patients who come in by ambulance in the back. I don't know an ambulance has arrived unless security notices on the cameras and tells more or a nurse comes out to the waiting room to get me. I hated making the nurses come out to find me when they could be doing other things and this was my solution!Now, I give the doorbell button to the charge nurse and take the speaker out to the waiting room with me. When an ambulance arrives, the nurse hits the button and the light and chime alerts me to go back and get the patient's information. This doorbell works beautifully for the purpose. I love that it came with two buttons so I could also give one to security if needed and it was very convenient that it came with batteries included. I wish the lowest volume level could be a bit lower but that okay because there's also a setting with no chime and simply a flashing light. I could totally see the flashing light being a handy feature for hearing impaired customers!All-in-all, I'm quite pleased with this doorbell. It's a great option for renters whose landlords don't allow installing a doorbell with screws and who don't want to chance attaching a pricier doorbell with command strips. It's also really nice that you could take it with you if you're working in the back yard and still know if a visitor shows up. I'm thinking of getting another so I can keep the button out in the shop and the speaker in the kitchen.

Updated 11/22/23: changed my 1 star review to 4. Ordered the 1 receiver 2 doorbell system back in June. Worked great when installed. It stopped working a few weeks ago (although it’s only been rang probably 10 times), replaced batteries and still doesn’t work. Can’t find a number for the lifetime warranty and too late to return. BUT company watches their reviews and responds asap! They have given me a full refund. Since they were so kind to do this I have ordered the same product again. If it was just a fluke that the other one stopped working, I will be back to change my review again. Changed the review because their customer service is great!

The doorbell and 2 transmitters work great for us. We put one at the front door and one at the back door. We placed the receiver on a shelf behind a photo in the front room. It works perfectly. We have it turned to the loudest ring and if I had any negative about this unit, it would be that it needs to go a bit louder. Old ears need volume! I would purchase again.

We wanted wireless for the transmitter and for the receivers to not take over our outlets! And we shopped and shopped! And there you were! Wireless transmitter, check! Battery operated receivers!! Not just one! But two!!!! Exactly what we were looking for!! My roommate and I are loving these!! We can both have our own tune!! And he has his with him and I have mine!! He especially loves the 1000 foot range!! If you are looking to get a great and affordable product and just all around easy to install and so versatile to use! Look no further!! These doorbells and this company are the bombdiggitty!! And our outlets are free!!!! Thank you!!!!

It is TOTALLY unbelievable to me that these door bells require NEW BATTERIES nearly every 6 weeks, like clock work! Especially since they are hardly ever used. Example: I have one set up in my home as a safety warning if I should fall in my room. It has NEVER been used since we've had it. BUT ,like clock work, every 6 weeks or so it sounds off to change batteries!!! Just like the one mounted outside!

I really like this little doorbell. It is loud enough that I can hear it when I am working in the bedrooms, which are the farthest away from it. I haven't looked at the instructions to see if there is a volume control. I would recommend this doorbell to all that need one. It id a good value for the money.

My lovely new-to-me ranch house built in 1953 his one very quiet door knocker on the main front door and none at the screen porch door on the front of the house. Plus, there's no wiring for the door bell. Thedoorbell allows me to select the right volume, which I keep on high so I can hear it from the back porch if the back door is open. I also appreciation the different ring tone options, and have a different ring tone for each door. Yes, the sound is a little electronic, but I don't want or need pealing bells. I've chosen two fun tones that please me. Would definitely buy again!
