When I used this product the first 20 times, it was great! Until it broke, I was disappointed. I opened the contents, and I realized how poorly the input was connected. It's irreparable.

This charger bank works magnificently. As I travel back and forth between my home and school often I need to have multiple power chargers so I can at least use electronics on my trips. I added this guy to my arsenal as there was a lightning deal on it and I absolutely love it. I had bought much smaller ones before that could only charge one thing at a time, but this one's ability to charge multiple electronics at a time allowed me to plug in my iPhone and iPad and not have to get out any other chargers or worry this one would run out of juice.

I have not had a single hitch with the unit. It charges and re-charges as promised. Some have complained that it looks used and scratched, but these are the protective films that are meant to protect the unit during shipping - they peel off.I love using this with my cell phone. My phone would lose charge so easily in less than two hours, but I just keep this hooked up to it and can go all day long. The power bank rarely needs charging!

As other reviewers state, it seems like this company repackages used items and sells as new. My unit arrived with one side protective film missing and that side significantly scratched. Why would I want a damaged item when I can get a brand new one for the same price or less? Charged items fine albeit a little slow and slow to recharge. I can't attest for longevity because I didn't keep it.

Very good product. Charges very quickly. My only issue with it is that it's larger than my other chargers with comparable power. Excellent product, though. As far as the scratches others have reported, just take the protective film off both the front and back and it looks great. The film is very, very thin so you can't really see or feel it but it's there.

This thing is amazing. It takes forever to charge (overnight) but once it is full it will charge my phone 3 or 4 times from dead to full. It charges very fast. The life of the battery is pretty good, if I do not use it for a few days it always still has a solid charge from wherever I left it.

I loved this charger until it broke. When I went to go use it the other day I noticed the lights wouldn't illuminate. I thought that maybe some how the battery was low so I tried to charge it but not even then would the lights come on. I found it odd that all of a sudden it stopped working. I just bought another Aukey charger before mine broke as a Christmas gift for my sister in law. I hope that this one doesn't have the same fate.

It's heavy like a brick! Definitely not a thing that I'll carry around on a daily commute.Despite its size, this brick can charge my iPhone 5s 5-6 times before it dies which means I can go for a weekend break without worry about wall charger. That convenience also comes with the price, the size and weight as I mentioned above and also the time it takes to full charge, using my iPad charger, takes around 4-5 hours.
