Too much soap coming out of new model
We’ve had the previous model for 5 years. One in the kitchen for dish soap and one in the bathroom for hand soap. Love that it keeps our counters empty. Also love how much it holds so we’re not refilling constantly. It’s also way more sanitary because you’re not touching a dirty hand pump.Cons are that the sensor can be wonky and takes getting used to the off timing. And that sometimes causes double the amount to come out. I wish we could adjust how much is dispensed, because it’s too much. And we just got the newest model to add hand soap in the kitchen, and it dispenses even more than the old model. So wasteful. We’re going to try out watering it down a bit. :/

Still works…
5years 7months and still works fine. I tried 3 different liquid soap brands with no problem. I replaced batteries 3 times over the years. hope it will last a few years more..

It works, but its use is limited.
So far (about 2 months), it does what it is supposed to do. However, if you're going to mount it with 3M tape, you had better have something under it--a screw head, a mirror support, etc. or something to carry some of the weight. Otherwise, the weight of the machine and soap will pull it off the wall. Also, two other things that upset me: 1: the dispensing cycle is too short--needs to be either adjustable or longer, and 2.) an inanimate object will not activate it. I have small containers that I need to keep clean--the only way I can get soap in them is to put my hand under the dispenser, then quickly pull it away once the dispenser is activated.

Returned - Husband Did Not Like
I purchase thinking I could put them in the shower but my husband refused to hang them because it would involve putting a hole in the tub surround. so I really can't comment on this item.

Works great again.
Put this in our lavette near the garage where we get a fair degree of traffic so it was ideal. It stopped working yesterday so we almost got 9 months out of it. It was a decent value bit I still would have expected at least a couple of years service out of this unit. I'll see how the replacement process goes , and if it goes well I will up my rating and improve my review.UPDATE: Upon my review I received a communication from the seller on how to possibly regenerate the item. I removed the unit from the wall, emptied the soap and took out the batteries and soaked it in hot water for awhile. Then let it thoroughly dry, replaced the batteries and soap and voila! Works fine again.

No Warranty Support
I purchased 6 of these for my Church. As we installed them over the past few months , we had one that the sensor worked but the pump did not. I have been playing email tag, trying to get this problem corrected as warranty. since I got them less than 4 months ago. I have emailed them a video twic to shows what it is not doing, per their request. Now they are telling me all about cleaning it out and what to use to try it get it working. DUH! I know how, I got the other 5 working OK.

Works, just not perfectly
I want to give this 4 or 5 stars because overall it’s been great, but the soap tends to dispense as you’re pulling your hands AWAY from it. For people who use it all the time, you figure it out. For guests, it’s a pain and gets soap on the counter. But I have a tiny bathroom and vanity so having this on the wall instead of sitting in the vanity is fantastic.
