Q: Under the description it states these clamps work for 1/2" pex pipe but under product details it states they work for 3/4" pex pipe. Which is correct?

1/2" pex pipe is 1/2" id (internal diameter) and 3/4" od (outer diameter)

Q: Can you reuse these clamps?

No, you use the crimper to squeeze that tab together. Once it has been crimped, it's done. Permanent. You can cut/pry it off and use another new one, but you cannot reuse one that has been crimped.

Q: Are these "standard" pex or "pexgrip"? pexgrip oetiker # 16707872 is pre-crimped a bit to hold the clamp in place.

Any self respecting Pex ding will stay in place a bit before crimping. I've gone through hundreds of these and not once have I been upset or inconvenienced that the ring wasn't where I put it.

Q: Will these work on same size poly pipe with barbed fittings for irrigation?

You could certainly try them, but these are made for PEX pipe.
