I used these to secure a pulley system and body weight system in my home gym. Worked perfectly!

I bought these to use as wall anchors for my resistance bands. As the internal wall I was attaching them to was made of stone, I had to purchase some wall plugs (10mm x 60mm Friulsider wall plugs) to screw the supplied M8 x 70mm coach screws into. The result is two very strong attachment points for my bands.The carabiners that come with cheaper resistance-band sets tend to be small and are not easy to click into the sturdy anchors; and so I suggest purchasing a couple of larger carabiners.The use of resistance bands with wall anchors substantially increases the number of exercises you can do. I strongly recommend buying some anchors, especially these ones.

Bought these to connect TRX type straps to, only used one (didn't realise it was a pack of two when I ordered) bolted into a roof joist and connected both straps, and although weary at first it holds great, and I'm nearly 100kgs

Hardware for brick/concrete application is shocking. Therefore buying this product which was supposed to save me time and hassle by not having to go to B&Q/wherever with the product in hand to assess for the correct diameter bolts hasn’t saved me that time at all.... would be better off dropping the price and the bolts or go buy another one without bolts because either way you’re purchasing some costing you time and money

Very substantial hook, bigger than expected. Installed today to hang an egg chair and seems to do the job well.

Although it has ball bearings the surface they are running on seems rough. It does not rotate smoothly.
