I got my son a chain and he had it for about 5 months. He went to take it off and it broke. I emailed the company and they were Johnny on the spot to refund the full price. Not too many companies operate like this anymore so they have my business and I will be ordering more from them. My other son has the same chain and his is fine so I trust it was a fluke and happy I can get another one.

I’ve had this chain for 3-4 months and I haven’t noticed any tarnish. It looks amazing. I wear it almost everyday. It did snap once when I was just changing my shirt

I haven't had this chain long enough to speak to the durability but man... this looks really nice. I wanted a diamond cut chain but this thing was sparkling in the light as is. It is a nice color and isn't cheesy looking like those gokd plated 18k chains out there. The mm size seems accurate and I'm hoping that the gold filled coating will last me some years. So far, this seems like it's highly worth the price for anybody who can't afford solid gold.

The looks were great. Vivid color, and no tarnish. The size was also perfect. But the quality and durability of the hasp was terrible. The hasp broke after 2 wears.
