24-Pack PET

Pocari Sweat is one of my favorite drinks for staying hydrated, especially after basketball or a workout. It has a light, refreshing flavor that isn’t overly sweet or heavy like some sports drinks. The 24-pack is convenient to keep at home and grab whenever I’m heading to the gym or playing sports. Definitely worth buying!

I'm a big fan of sports drinks in general, and Pocari Sweat is probably my favorite out of all of them. It has a nice, light citrus flavor to it, and I feel like it quenches my thirst as well as any other brand of sports drink. My only complaint about my subscription to Pocari Sweat is how much the price varies. Sometimes it is under $20 for a 12-pack, which makes me happy because that is less than the price I pay for it in our local Asian supermarkets. Sometimes it is more than $25 for the same 12-pack, which makes me considerably less happy, because at that point, it's cheaper to buy it locally. Aside from the variance in pricing, I do highly recommend Pocari Sweat for how great it tastes.

The whole sweat thing is because when one sweats, he/she is losing water that contains essential electrolytes, including sodium. This drink targets on those requiring exercises or need electrolytes supplements. Magnesium, sodium, calcium and potassium are essential for circulation and the heart. While there are other products that do similar, this one has no artificial dye, chemical preservatives and heavy syrupy sweetness. It also tastes quite pleasant over plain water. Overall, a drink that tastes decent with great health benefits is worth the investment. Thank you for reading my honest feedback

slightly sweet, so good!

Our family has been buying Pocari Hydration Drink(s) for a couple of years now. The taste is good, too. These hydration drinks do help. We drink these as needed. A little pricey, however, buying 24 is much better than paying $4.00 dollars individually; not all stores carry these hydration drinks.

While most reviewers know of this from their experience with it in Japan some of them acknowledge that this tastes slightly different. Pocari is in a few asian countries and this one specifically actually is the Korean variant(It says on the packaging). It has more of a grapefruit flavor than the Japanese version. That said, even though I don't usually care for that flavor this is an amazing drink. I work primarily outside and this has the light and crisp factor like water but feels more satisfying like a very light Gatorade or Powerade. Overall I describe this as somewhere in between water and Gatorade with some of the power of liquid IV. It's definitely worth trying! It's gotten me through some hot and humid days in Georgia and I think it would have also done well when I lived in Texas.

this tastes like a citrus gatorade tastes good but , im a diabetic, thought this would be less sugar, but its high in sugar, so i plan to give this to my son to drink being he is a military soldier, works for a plane company & a musician too, and he is always on the go very active he is, so i will let him have it as a hydrating drink.

I have been drinking this for many years in Japan. I was finally glad when it came to the US. It keeps me hydrated and it taste good.
