Excellent heat pad, I bought one a couple of months ago or so it helps my back with my several partially collapsed vertebrae’s and degeneration it doesn’t take compete pain away let’s be honest but helps relax the muscles and on No. 2 heat it’s perfect, does relax my back don’t feel as tight… I bought my dad one for xmas but sent it to him a week /10 days ago early for him, he has sciatica in his hips he’s 90 and says it really helps and like myself uses it everyday….And I love the softness of it.. This one I feel is defiantly worth its money I actually paid more from mine at A***s it’s well worth investing in one and can be used all over the body no feeling the wires inside when it’s on it’s very light weight and bendable how or where ever you need the heat…😊the timer stays on for 1.5hrs then will automatically switch off and after a few mins just turn back on..

Worked well for 5 weeks until it developed a fault and completely stopped working. Amazon takes us to Beurer website when requesting a refund, they refer us back to Amazon / seller. Seller not responding to email. Not worth buying for such a short time. Have bought this brand before without problems but this seems a faulty batch according to the reviews. Don’t buy!

High quality and comfortable unit, brought much needed pain relief to wife who suffers from terrible pains caused by adhesions and endometriosis. Also can be used to relieve muscular pain in the lower back. Versatile unit, comes with a UK plug, 3 heat settings (which are discernable and useful, rather than arbitrary). The material is soft and plush, and feels high quality. The colour is a neutral grey and fits most settings. The cord is a little thick, and white in colour and does not get hot when in use. The product feels safe, and has been used without problems for 5 months now. Highly recommended.

Great pad but only lasted just under 3 yrs as it failed yesterday.

Bought this as also own a smaller Beurer model and wanted a spare for travel. This has a soft cover and warms up hotter than the older version and is slightly wider. It has the same switch with 3 heat settings which is easy to use. My only criticism is the switch is noisy so could possibly wake a co-sleeper if you decide to turn it back on in the night. Overall would still continue to buy this make as well made and last.

I have noticed that many heat pads have two wires going into the controller - the wires get twisted regularly and this is my annoyance with my other one. I specifically bought this one due to the single wire setup, (and the soft fluffy cover ❤️). I expected to be happy with it but sadly I was underwhelmed and had to return it. Although I knew this make don’t get as hot as others the amount of heat from it was less than a water bottle. Such a shame as the feel of it and the workmanship is great (perhaps second to none) but if the heating element is inferior the feel and appearance don’t really make up for that in my opinion 🥲

My partner is starting to feel the cold more as he gets older. I can't stand the heating in all day. So we resort to personal warming accessories like this. We trust Beurer products. Never had a problem with them. This warms his feet and is used under his desk in his office at home. He likes it.

That this is called XXL is kind of amazing to me as It is so small. S as you can see it’s about 1.5x size of an A4 paper. The controller is like something out of the 70s. It’s bulky, massive, loud, and doesn’t reset when the heat cycle is concluded. It’s almost twice the size of the controller for my electric blanket which it’s almost the size of a double duvet. The heating pad does not really even get that hot. I think my electric blanket gets hotter. The paper tag attached is MASSIVE. Scratchy, gets in the way. It’s larger than my iPhone 13Pro. Not sure if it’s the small size or poor materials/construction, but it doesn’t wrap around say a shoulder or knee very well. I had to use clothes pins to try to keep the heating pad from flopping up. In addition it warps easily even though it continues not to shape properly. So now after only 2 or so weeks of occasional use, it crumpled and weirdly warped— and still doesn’t wrap around your body properly and lifts up without the pegs. On top of all of this, was very annoyed to discover that this company offers a lifetime warranty elsewhere in the world (like USA) but here in UK it’s 3 years. When I contacted the company about some of this, they were a bit rude, took quiet a long time, and I didn’t really care for the customer service. Over all, extremely surprised at the poor quality as this company has always had a his reputation. But I am returning this. It just doesn’t work very well, and there are much better designs out there. Returning this.
