Comfortable
I have tried other drop foot AFOS with hard plastic sides. This brace is much more comfortable. Nice that it can be worn to walk without a shoe. Velcro is strong. Support is very good. Adjustment is a bit difficult. Just takes getting used to. Good value. Seems very durable. Very glad I ordered it.

Keeps foot at lifted angle. No dangle at all!
So far it's working amazingly. I'll be taking a long awaited walk soon and will update afterwardsUPDATE:Just walked a full mile with no foot drop issues! I'm super excited that this simple device works like magic! Heel to toe! Finally after years of lifting my knee to clear the ground and getting so tired quickly. I could barely walk 1 block.Im able to wear a regular lace up sneaker again. Also very easy to set up on my shoe. Thank you so much for this product. I'm ordering a second one for my other shoes. If I could just buy the clip device separately that would be even better but until then I'll just buy another set up.If you suffer foot drop..please try this. No more ugly orthopedic shoes or clunky brace!

Great concept and product
This is a great concept with somebody with severe drop foot that did not already undergo an Achilles tendon lengthening surgery. It really is a great product however I did everything I said I put the wrap around my foot upside down for a stronger. I tried putting it up higher on my shin rather than my ankle to lift higher. I don't even need to put my sneakers on to follow that direction to loop it the third one under cuz if it's not lifting me now it's not going to lift me any higher in the sneaker. I do love it unfortunately I need to return it to continue finding something that is a Little bit stronger for my particular case. Example is I under went Achilles tendon lengthening surgery and April of 2024 completed PT I to a point where there's nothing else they can do for me. I now am going to have to agree to do a surgery in the next year or two with my surgeon and she wants me to try out some of these braces however it's not working so I'll continue to do my stretches and walking until then. The first picture is it all the way up my shin (with the buckle to the tightest setting) first picture is the proper way to wear it around ankle.

Preventing drop foot depends largely on difficult to judge shoelace varied TIGHTNESS...fair overall
-Aesthetically G(largely concealed with black footware bz low profile straps) -Durable, snap buckle sup to velcro designs - Easy on/off - BIG neg is support for foot drop depends on shoelace TIGHTNESS/ diff to control!! Rigid AFO brace FAR superior ie easier on/off, comfort, durable etc!

GAME CHANGER! Excellent with shoes!!!
UPDATE-After talking to my therapist I tried this product with shoes. AMAZING!!! I am much more stable and I feel like I can start walking maybe even jogging again! While it’s not helpful (for me) barefoot the improvement of my walking is a game changer!!!!Original -I had high hopes for this product- unfortunately the buckle closure cannot be adjusted enough to take my foot out of the “drop” position.Honestly I love the low profile and how soft and lightweight it is. Sadly the comfort is useless if the product doesn’t help keep my foot raised.Out of fairness, I’m taking it to my Physical therapist perhaps he can figure out a work around. If so I’ll update.

Didn't lift foot, customer support doesn't respond
I followed the instructions to make this brace even tighter and still could not get my foot to stay flat without manually forcing it into that position. When I contacted Dosh for help, including sending them pictures of how I had it strapped and the fact that both of my feet were stuck in plantar flexion despite setting the brace up with them held at 90°, I received no response. The fact that this didn't work at all, while a $10 ankle brace from a drug store that isn't even meant for drop foot helps at least some of the time is ridiculous.

So extremely happy 😃
I love this brace! I first tried another version of this w/ the Velcro instead of the buckle and it proved to not last very long.Once I found this one with the buckle that was a game changer!! So far has lasted I’ve for over a year. The Velcro around the ankle is just now starting to show some signs of where with the strap that goes around that holds it in place just fine..I have foot drop due to nerve damage from hip surgeryI originally bought this type about 4 yrs ago when my son who also has foot dropped due to MS was not able to drive a car with the rigid AFOs. If he does a lot of walking, he brings both the ankle brace for driving the rigid AFO for a long-term walking. He gets a slight more support with the AFO for walking. So it was a no brainer for me to try itand I absolutely love it. I to have a rigid glide AFO that I like, but not for driving or short outingsWe’ve gained freedom and independence using this brace! It lasts longer than the other brand I was using with just Velcro.I have already purchased about 8 of them so they’re already on various shoes ready to go!I am now gonna try the one you can wear barefoot as I love to be barefoot and I wanna go to the beach. I think this may help me achieve that goal, after reading somebody else’s review!Super excited!!

Works if you can get it on.
Once you can finally get it on it works ok. Using it without a shoe is nearly impossible to get on as the foot sleeve wrap starts and ends at the bottom of your foot, as does the additional velcro strap. This makes it very difficult to do unless you are a yogi. It looks simple but is not. Maybe barefoot without a sock on would make it easier to get on and slide to position, but that limits functionality and comfort.

Not effective, didn't lift my foot
It isn't worth the high price at all.
User
Not worth the money
fiddly to get on and off, ten minutes of messing around and could not feel any benefit. If you have muscle weakness in your hands you will find the plastic device on the front hard to use. Plus how long is the velcro going to last before you need to replace them - probably a few months at best.
User
Missing piece
The posting shoes two pieces but the delivery package has only one piece. The purpose of this was to use it barefoot but that is not possible without the underfoot piece.
