You need muscles to shake this bottle.
Very thick, didn't expect that, it tastes wonderful though, really nutty and smooth. Had mine on top of Crumpets. Don't have to be for puddings and ice cream. Good value for money, It is watery if you don't shake it, but once its shook very well its very creamy and smooth.

Love love love! Perfect for making Dubai chocolate. Has the perfect consistency that allows the mix to settle without becoming stiff. And tastes absolutely delicious. I continue to get requests from family and friends

Nice alternative
Not as sweet as expected (maybe a good thing) compared to jar version previously used. I would purchase again and can be used in ice coffees and other foods.

Really nice but the bottle wasn’t very big so if using on a regular basis would need more

Not good for lattes unfortunately
Bought this primarily to make iced lattes and did expect some separation as it's a cream and not a syrup, but really it didn't mix at all and was like a sludge on the bottom of my cup, that was after mixing it with the hot espresso first. I also tried making cold foam with the pistachio cream, epic fail, it never thickened. But that's not really a problem with the sauce itself, the main reason I'm giving 3 stars is because it has a rather off taste. More like dark roasted peanuts than pistachios despite having 22% pistachio. Tastes a bit like chemicals by itself, not sure I would want to put this on ice cream. Disappointed, may have to stick to pistachio flavored syrups.

Pricey but tasty as
This stuff tastes amazing, love pistachios and can’t go wrong with this: only downside is the price. But I’ll most likely buy it again as I’m kinda hooked…
