Yes. It comes as one piece. Make sure you don't plan on using it for voice isolation though. Works great for thermal insulation

You will have to measure your interior. I would assume it would take four. If you are trying to quiet your vehicle then you want a butyl sound deadening mat (at least 50 mil) and cover about 25% using smaller squares located strategically to keep body panels from vibrating. It is kind of heavy like peel and stick roofing material. Then insulate.

What the heck is "high density foam cotton" ??? is it cotton or is it foam? it cannot be both.

It would appear to be a poor language translation. The term "cotton" probably is meant to be a description for a flat layer of foam insulation as one would use a cotton blanket.
