Gerber Good Start Baby Formula Powder, Gentle Soy, 24 Ounce (Pack of 4)

The formula in the picture is great - it's for stage 1, which is for 0-12 months, and we've used it in the past, but thats not what the seller sent us - they sent stage 2, which is for 9-24 months. I let the seller know that what we ordered wasn't what we got - they apologized and told me to keep what they sent us, and they will send us the kind we ordered for free, which was good with me! Well, the replacement was identical to the first container, and still not what is pictured. We have nothing bad to say about the stage 2 formula - it's just not what we ordered, as our son is only 6 months. I guess we'll try to find what we're looking for elsewhere....

My baby is already 15 months old and still refusing to eat too much solids, so he is living on formula, and only soy formula because he won't drink cow formula (but isn't allergic). I've been feeding him Similac Isomil, but it's rather expensive and this Gerber brand is about 40% cheaper* (*Later update: It used to be 40% cheaper, but not anymore.). It is non-GMO (says so along top edge of can). My baby seems to like it just as well as Isomil. I stir the formula into cow milk to feed him. Please note Dr. Sears' advice about soy formula as follows:"Soy formulas: Should not be routinely used in infants with a family history of milk allergy in hopes of preventing later allergy. Should not be as a substitute for cow’s milk-based formulas unless baby has been proven to be allergic to cow’s milk-based formulas. Should not be used to prevent or treat “colic” unless advised by your doctor. Should not be used in preterm or small-for-date babies.He also says, "Even though we discourage the use of soy formula as a first-choice artificial baby milk, in some babies it is a necessary alternative to cow’s milk-based formulas... studies have shown that healthy term babies grow JUST AS WELL on soy as they do on cow’s-milk-based formulas."

Our almost 2 year old daughter is still needing formula, at night and bed time. She doesn't sleep through the night yet, and has never gone past 6 ounces of formula, so she needs to eat more often. We were still using infant formula for her until I stumbled across this on Amazon! This stuff is great, and when she wakes in the middle of the night, she literally hands me this in my sleep haha. I feel as though she's getting everything she needs with this(and her meals throughout the day).

MAKE SURE YOU GET THE 0-9 month one for babies I accidentally got the toddler one and I guess she’ll have to wait to try it out.

This pack really came in clutch during the formula shortage. Good replacement for my son’s usual formula

Had a hard time breastfeeding my second son he had a very fussy tummy went through many different formulas including the regular Gerber until we found the soy we dealt with sleepless nights constipation and many fussy days and nights also has the soy 2 for when the little ones start getting a little older which is very hard to find and the only place I could get it was on amazon great product helped with a very fussy baby

My baby takes this formula easy after we had to switch him from similac.

This product is NOT commonly carried in MOST grocery stores...at least not beyond the 0-12 month compound! Our youngest carries the Galactosemia Duarte gene and HAD to have this starting out, but now has to have it because it's what she's used to! It's nice to be able to order this in bulk and have plenty on hand BEFORE the world started shutting down!
