So far so good
So far so good. Used this input shaft seal on my np246 transfer case rebuild and so far no leaks that I can tell. Will update if anything changes.

Fixed The Internal Leak Between My Transmission And Transfer Case!
I checked the fluid level in my transfer case on my 2000 Chevrolet Silverado and it had almost a quart too much in it and I couldn't figure out why until I noticed my transmission fluid was low but no leaks anywhere. The seal between them had failed allowing the transmission fluid to come into the transfer case. This seal did the trick and stopped the leak.

Amazon advertises this seal as being American made. Upon receiving this seal today, I noticed a scantron sticker was conveniently placed on the box where the country of manufacture is required to be placed by law. I pealed the sticker back to read the seal was made in China.
