Good mat for the price
I had this in my cart and it went on sale, which I bought instead of full price. It was $130 something on sale. I dont know if I would've paid 160 for it. But I like it a lot. I use it for my HIIT, kickboxing, cardio. I do not have any equipment on it. It is comfy and works well for the intense workouts I do. My shoes do not slip on it and it doesn't keep the impression for too long, it goes away quickly. I havent had to clean it yet. It does stink a little when you open it out of box, I let it air out for like 4 hours or so and then brought in my house and I was fine. I dont know what I would use the carrier for and it comes with straps too. The corners also flattened out right away, I didn't have to fight with them at all, they didn't roll up. I am happy with this mat and im glad I got it. Even better that it went on sale.

Great mat. Highly recommend.
I bought two mat and duct taped them together to form one large mat. I use the mat for P90X. I believe two mats are the right size for that exercise. I think the thickness and mat material are just right. The mat has a little give to it. The mat works great for what I use it for. I’m been using it for a few months now.

stable on carpet
We have new, thick carpet in the basement, and bought this for HITT workouts and pilates. Works great for both, and stays in place with shoes and barefoot. Obviously, there is some softness underneath compared to a hard surface, but that will occur with any mat and carpet type. We roll it out for each use, and roll it back up after and the ends are flat and don't stay curled. The jump rope it came with is cheap, but it's free so that doesn't really matter. Great for our home gym

Mat size not accurate
Mat is short in length by 3 inches. This is frustrating since I bought two of the same size 8x5 and they are not the same size.

Does the job to go under a gym set.
I used this to replace my older rubber matts. While this is not as thick as my older interlocking matts, it has great grip when working out due to the raised bubbles. I'm using it under a Marcy gym set and it is working so far. I'd imagine that this would work out really good as a portable workout platform at a park or anywhere else.

great mat
Nice size. does not slip around on the floor, I have it on a manufactured hard-wood floor. Is not leaving any marks on the floor below. Nice amount of cushion and traction for moderate impact workouts. A bit heavy, harder to roll it up and put it away (about every 2 weeks to clean underneath it) but that helps keep it in place during workouts. I wouldn't want have to roll it up every day. I've had it for a few months and there is not any obvious wear on the surface.

Great exercise mat.
We bought this mat so we’d have something to put our stationary bike on plus have space to workout, this mat is the perfect size for that! The stationary bike sits at one end and there is plenty of room to do yoga, push-ups, etc. in the remaining space. We’ve been happy with the texture and cushion of this mat.

Good workout mat for value
Size is perfect for 1 person workout. I am able to do my jumps and burpees with no problems with running out of mat. The only issue I have found is my hands do start to slip when I am in “high plank” and downward dog. I also do a lot of workouts (arms, legs, HIIT, yoga, boxing)barefoot and find the same issue with my feet slipping. It’s only slight slipping but but overall happy with the mat and it works for what I need it for!
