Is it really 50 Watts output?

As Brian Dotson said, no. There is no amount of magic that can create more power than it draws from the wall, no matter how many amplifiers you add. 1.5A x 12 volts is 18 watts. To the person who mentioned a car being 12 volts, that shows a lack of understanding of basic electricity. A car battery is capable of putting out WAY more than 1.5A, so of course it has more power than 18 watts. But try putting 12 volts from AAA batteries, and see how much power you can get.

How tall is this? I need to make sure that it will will not block my screen when placed in front of my TV

The height of the speaker is just under 3" ~ 2-7/8". I use the one I have with a Samsung 32" tv so put a 2X6 under the TV "feet" to solve the problem that concerns you. The unit is well made and is a sound quality improvement for my TV - HOWEVER it has no bass speaker FYI.

What is the actual length ? In one place it says 15 and another place 15.38 inches

I just measured mine to find the answer for you. It measures just at exactly 15.38 inches, which is just slightly smaller than 15 and 1/4 inches. Hopes this helps. It’s a great sound bar. You won’t be disappointed

No, unfortunately, your TV would need to have either an RCA, AUX 3.5mm, optical or Bluetooth audio output option. The Majority Bowfell soundbar does not support HDMI ARC. As an alternative, you may want to look at the Majority K2 soundbar which does support HDMI ARC.
