Bitter bite coffee, not even cream and sugar could cut it.

The box came ripped open and there was some sort of powder all over the box like a packet had been opened. It was all sandy. The packets were dirty and had stains on them. Not happy with the fact that they have no returns. Very irritated and want my money back.
