The most intelligently designed clamp meter I have ever used
A pure joy to use in appliances enclosures/panels , while working off ladders or up on roof tops. A very strong argument can be made that this design in inherently safer and perhaps even that the dual display should be required by law-seriously.....Great design and astounding customer service-couldn't figure out why the meter was not recognizing DC amps so I sent an email to the Company less than four hours latter (during the Holidays!!!!!) I had the solution-after selecting by dial a push of the 'select' button is required.

Great meter
Another great product from Ideal. I use this meter daily as an electrical contractor. Using regular A-series batteries instead of 9v is a bonus.

Great meter with more features than than way more expensive meters with the same quality. Would definitely recommend this Item.

Amp clamp inaccurate
Reads 10 amps more then actually happening compared to ohms law or another meter...shouldve returned it for calibration reasons
