Works very good and quite as well
Nice and quiet ! Unit is as described. Would be nice if you could control the limit switch so the pump could turn on sooner in order to keep the water level lower. I used a piece of 2"long x 1/2" dia. rubber hose on the float and solved my issue. Pump runs more often for shorter periods. After a couple heavy rains the pump worked excellent .

Great Pump!
Received the product quickly. Well packed. The pump is heavy and appears to be of the high quality expected from Wayne. Easy to install. The pump has a top handle so that makes it easy to raise and lower during installation. Another thing I like is there is a guard to protect the float from touching the side of the sump wall. The pump starts with about 9" of water in the well and shuts off with about 5" remaining (about a 4" cycle). My sump is 24" X 18" and it completes the cycle in about 6 seconds, That's about 1 US gal/sec.. The inlet holes are up from the bottom. I like this because it prevents air locking and also prevents any debris from getting into the impeller. I have it piped with 1-1/2" ABS all the way to the ditch (30') and going through a Zoeller check valve. I have about a 5' head. Last but not least the pump is very quiet! Hope this helps someone.

purchased in 2018 (this is now 2024) and this sump pump has worked perfectly for 6 straight years - runs like a charm during our heavy rains here in the Southeast.highly recommend this pump

Absolutely fantastic product
amazed at the quality. The cast iron body is simply sturdy and solid. It was so easy to install. Very quiet when working. I dont even notice it works. the pressure is simply too good. Love this product. 5 stars
