Easy to install
Happy that I found it online for my $600 chair .

Cheap fix, broke within days. It's cheap plastic and I'm a big guy (6'2", 280lbs). The plastic bent and broke after only a couple days of use. DO NOT BUY.

Buyer Beware: This product failed within days.
I doubt that these hip pivot bolts are built to OEM standards. One broke within days of installing it. The first critical question one might when reading this review ask is, "Was the user within the weight rating of the chair?" The answer is yes. The next question might be, "Was it over-torqued or under-torqued?" That answer is they were torqued to 180–200 inch-lbs per Herman Miller specs. I won't buy this product from this seller again.

Not a pivot bolt as advertised, breaks down fast.
These fit fine, but they do not contain the 'pivot' portion of the original hardware, because of this they break down very quickly. They lasted all of 3 weeks before both were broken. When I requested a refund they wanted me to go through the hassle of returning the broken material instead of just refunding the (way too expensive) cost.
