I am very happy with this polisher. MJJC has quality products!

It keeps working, but everytime I use it it heats the hook and loop backer plate and makes it smoke. I'd not buy this again. I'd save my money for a better quality polisher that isn't going to smoke everytime I use it.

I'm thinking about getting one of these polisher. Because 1 the price is right 2, any polisher will not give you the results your looking for if you don't know what you are doing, you must understand what you have in your hands. Polisher, pad, product, and most of all skills. Knowing what pad to use with the product, to get the results your looking for. No this is not a big name polisher but if you know what you are doing you will get the same results for sure. I have a harbor freight DA POLISHER and to me the porter cable is no competition. Just like this I bet I can get the same or better results than the flex. It's skills trumps products every time so don't be sold on over priced names.

Best 15MM polisher for the money hands down. Customer service answered all my questions and helped me out with a different backing plate.As stated learn the polisher , pads, product used.

Two stars because it looks nice, seems to be well built, its comfortable to use but its a girls polisher. It just bogs down... I feel kind of the same way about the Rupes. The Flex line up, specifically the 3401, is a true professionals machine. Save your money and or hone your skills, then buy the Flex.
