What does this muffler look like on the inside?

Just watched a video about them. There are perforated tubes internally, that are supposed to let exhaust straight through, but sound waves gets channeled into surrounding filament. Each muffler is supposedly tuned for a specific engines sound properties. Seem kinda pricey

Is this a directional muffler? If so it needs to be installed as offset inlet, center outlet?
