need this product in black is this possible?

I didn't check for black, that is what my Navigator had and due to age and humid heat, the black guard broke off. My husband opted for chrome instead and looks much better than black matte.

Is this the all shiny chrome one, or partially matte silver and partially shiny?

IT IS ALL chrome and looks outstanding
