I have been using this product for over a year or so and have always liked it as well as the results. trying to contact the manufacturer directly but can't figure that out on here. The consistency was always thick....it actually dropped single drops from the dropper in the bottle and I could blend it over my face. This bottle that I just received a month ago, ordered ahead so I didn't run out, is thin like water. When I do what I always did and dropped on my face to blend it runs down like water to the counter top. I have no idea why it is like this. I have shook it, left it upside down ... The bottle is dark and you can't determine how much is in it, thought maybe it were solids on the bottom but not. I really like it but I think there may be something wrong with it. I purchased 2 this last time and I guess I will open the second one and see if it is the same.....something is not right. I hope the manufacturer sees this, they may know. Haven't had the new packaging yet......

I just bought my second (and third) bottle of this stuff. I love it! So I am a 31 y/o female, sensitive skin.I have sensitive skin and have to be careful about what I use. Not only does it not irritate my skin but it also has helped to clear up my prone acne areas (side hairline, forehead, and chin).I have notice a reduction in the fine lines around my eyes, as well as reduced pores on my nose. I also use it on the back of my hands and WOW there has been a big difference there. I even had one small age spot on my hand that has completely disappeared.How I use it:I use it on my clean face, neck, and hands at night. (I then use Burts Bees Sensitive Night Cream)In the mornings I use a face wipe or shower to remove.Then add it again to face, neck, and hands. (I then use Aveeno positively radiant daily moisturizer with SPF 15)Then proceed with my make up after it has dried for about 10 minutes.I will be buying again and again.Sorry my pictures don't have a 'Before' I wish I had taken one but I had tried so many different kinds I didnt even think to take them for this one.

If I could, I would give this Retinol serum more than five stars. I purposefully waited almost an entire year before I reviewed it, so I could show if it really works. To start off, I've had one heck of a year...I mean, it was bad. If there was any year to have many wrinkles appear, this one was it. I have also lost alot of weight, which deflates my face a little, thus making more wrinkles. The first picture is me almost one year ago and the second is me now (I did NOT use any type of filter). I'm 51 years old, and thought I was looking pretty tired. You can see that my wrinkles are quite pronounced at the base of my neck and around my mouth and lips. In the second picture they're almost all gone. The sunspots on my forehead have faded too. I had started searching for anything that might help, because I knew a prescription from my dermatologist would be super expensive. I came across this Retinol serum. I'm totally glad I did!After washing my face, I apply a thin coat of the serum. I then wait five minutes (with your order comes an eBook that gives clear instructions and tips). The bottle contains 30ml. In each millimeter there are 30 drops (I know this from nursing). I use 10 drops daily, putting it on my face, neck and chest. By doing this daily, each bottle will last me 90 days (I didn't start by using this daily, the instructions will give you a good guideline about beginning use). Since I purchased the two bottle pack, I have enough for a whole six months. Using Subscribe and Save makes it a really great deal.
