Lovely orange flavor
Many Greek dishes call for orange zest or orange peel. Although I do dry orange rinds for later use, this is an excellent seasoning to have on hand. Use it on chicken or pork dishes. Sprinkle on salad. Add to beef stew for a pop of flavor.

Healthy and affordable
I am learning to make herbal teas that supplement better than pharmacy-bought pills. This is one key ingredient for many conditions. Not to say we must forsake modern medicine, but I'm pleased to find myself substituting natural ingredients in concoctions I find tasty and digestible for the usual expensive and out-of-my control over the counter supplements in capsules.

Very grainy in my scones
I thought these would rehydrate in my scone batter, but they didn't. Very grainy. No flavor.

ZERO STARS - NO ORANGE TASTE, AROMA OR EVEN COLOR... VERY DISAPPOINTED...NOT RETURNABLE...UGH!
Sadly...Nothing orange about this! Ended up in the trash. A complete waste of money as it's not eligible for return.
