Quality small electric grill
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This grill is very well-made. It’s sturdy and substantial for a small grill. It’s easy to assemble. The first burgers we grilled turned out great and were very easy to cook. Works well on our condo lanai where we can’t have charcoal or propane. Highly recommend. Worth the price for sure.

Super pleased w/this BBQ grill!
Wonderful BBQ grill for condo or apartment balconies/patios! And pretty easy to assemble! We just got this grill last week and so far we’re very pleased! We grilled some filet mignon steaks on it and they were delicious and grilled perfectly! I highly recommend this grill!

Do t leave it unattended
Only does 6 burgers patties at a time; depending on how big those are. Its grills ok. Even though it is safe for apartments and such, do not leave it unattended. It will flame up due to the grease

Much Assembly
It's not very tall and the element below the grill screen is fixed so it cannot be removed for cleaning without taking out the butterfly bolts better permanently holding in the electrical inlet. The grease trap is very tiny and doesn't allow much grease at all without pouring over and making a huge mess by dripping down the column and making a huge mess on the base. Then it takes hot water and liquid done to get that all cleaned up. So if you're planning on grilling more than two or three pieces of meat be ready for a huge mess that's hard to clean up. If you turn the heat up on high after you're finished grilling and leave the lid shut then the grill itself is easy to clean with a grill brush. However underneath that catches the excess from the drip edge of the meat built up. After grilling two or three times you will need to clean that plate that allows grease to drip through the bottom. However it's not removable without taking out the whole element which would take a disassembly And reassembly. I think it was very poor design. The element itself in regard to temperature control is fine. The price is probably twice as much as you should pay for something that complex to put together and design poorly. I paid over $200 for this grill. Had I known it was so short and had I known the assembly was so difficult and had I known the drainage is horrible and the grease trap is tiny and the cleanup is difficult then I would not have purchased it. I would have gone to one of the brick and mortar stores or ordered on Amazon a tabletop smokeless grill like I had previously. I liked it much better and it was very easy to clean and it was smokeless too. I think I only paid $45 or $50 for it both times. So I do not recommend this one you're better off getting a table top one and just plugging it in outside because you have to plug this in anyway. And you'll save a lot of money. it's a total rip off. This unit shouldn't cost more than maybe $75 at the very most.

Works great! Easy to assemble & clean.
UPDATE: this grill has worked very well all summer long. I've been cooking with it a lot; chicken, steak, hot dogs, brisket, sausages, etc. I wanted to mention how easy it is to clean! The grate itself is easy to clean, and it's easy to wipe down the nonstick surface of the heat reflector underneath the heating element. After about a dozen uses, I decided to do a deep cleaning. I only had to remove two wingnuts (where the heating element plug is mounted) to do the cleaning, which was very handy. It cleans up fast and easy!FIRST REVIEW: The first unit I received included absolutely no fittings or hardware. I had to return it for a new one. But, at least the return process was fast and easy. I've used this grill a couple of times now, I believe enough to leave an initial review. This was easy and fun to assemble. Some fittings and hardware came pre-installed. I had no issues at all following the directions and assembling it. They provide everything you need for assembly, except a #2 Phillips screwdriver. The grill works very well. I installed a temperature gauge, because I thought it really should have had one come with it. I used https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0853474XL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_R31Y1NYN69MMG6V82KT8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 (see photo) and it was easy to install. The grill heats up to 360°, but no more. Fortunately, that is quite sufficient for pretty much every need I have. I cooked kielbasa sausage and hot dogs on it so far. The heating element does a good job of covering the entire area on the grill surface. I'm looking forward next to roasting a chicken on the top rack! This Grill is also easy to clean. I just take the grill rack into the house and wash in the sink. With the grill rack removed, it's very easy to clean the heat reflector plate below the heating element. I just wipe it away with a damp cloth. Perfect size for us two, and plenty of room for more. My HOA can't say a thing, since there is no open or enclosed flame. Easily stores in any closet or shed. So far, we love it! But, four stars for no temperature gauge and limited maximum temperature.

Better than expected!!!
Better than expected. Surprisingly nice cooking area. The base is much more solid and better than the George Foreman similar grills. Not skimpy. I paid extra shipping of $7because the top page said I'd get it by 6/13. But after I paid (!) it swiftly changed the expected date to 6/15 which alarmed me because it was a father's day gift. It ended up arriving on 6/14 so had it for the big day. I usually never pay for faster shipping because I generally do not think it does anything. Anyway, nice grill for a small budget! The following day the coupon went up another $15 savings! Oh well... this grill will fit where others won't and yet it is not too small. No bulky propane or finicky charcoal or wood to deal with either. 1600w cooks stuff just fine! You can cook outside and not heat up your oven indoors too. Easy clean up, no ash, no propane smell or expensive propane bottles and easy to move it.

Worked Well
My son put it together, he said it was easy. I used it for the first day a few days ago. I grilled fish and shrimp. It work wonderfully. Its a great way to outdoor grill when you live in an apartment that does not allow open flames on your patio. So far so good.
