Extremely Poor Quality – Very Disappointed
I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel this is necessary to warn others. The bag I received was very poorly made. There were so many loose and excess threads sticking out everywhere, and some parts weren’t even sewn properly. The wheels came with an obvious cut on them, which makes me question the quality check (if there was any at all).The handle that is supposed to push down smoothly doesn’t even go all the way it gets stuck halfway, making the bag frustrating to roll. On top of that, the material feels so thin and cheap that I doubt it would last even one trip.Overall, this bag was a huge letdown and absolutely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for durability or quality.

I bought this for my Granddaughter because schools now a days think that 7 year olds can carry 6 heavy books in their backpack and not affect their backs. So when she received this she was ecstatic that she can roll it then trying to lift the backpack and carry on her shoulder. No Pain. The only downfall is that she still has to pick it up if she's taking the stairs but that's not a backpack issue.. lol thank you....

The bag is pretty good it's convenient and it's made pretty sturdy just a little funky if you don't load it properly it gets heavy and it likes to fall over towards the front so you have to put all the heavy stuff in the back my daughter has been using it for a couple weeks now I'm waiting for it to get broken maybe that'll solve the problem overall it's a pretty good bad though very sturdy
