Q: Do the wheels come with the bolts?

I'm afraid I can't answer the question. I ordered the wheels with the extension bar which had bolts. In way of warning if you do order the extension bar, it pushes the wheels out a bit and it's easier to catch your shoe on the wheel.

Q: do you have to replace the wheel on rear mudguard to make it work?

Works with orig. wheel. I will at some time replace rear mud guard wheel with single wheel Aceoffix .I rarely fold my Brompton.

Q: how many wheels do I need to replace for a rear rack version of a 2022 Brompton in order to make it run smoothly in shopping cart position? 2 or all4?

Two will work but four is better, and was worth it to me.
