Great on cheat day
Great product to have if you taking a bunch of junk food. I use this and I saw my carbs actually turn into gains. I probably should get a better diet, but if you're someone who struggles with the diet while working out, this is a great purchase

Been taking this for a bout a month, it works but when your body get used to it and it doesn’t help at all, well that just me. There really no taste to it and the size of the pill aren’t bad. The price could be a little cheaper but so can everything else

I didn’t feel a thing
I read the reviews and thought I finally found something to get me going . I took 2 and I felt as if I hadn’t taken anything at all . I wish I could get my money back . I’ll stick with the powders that mix with water.

Improves focus at the gym
I've been taking this on and off for about a year now and definitely notice a difference in my focus at the gym. I take a stack of products for pre and this has been a necessity for the past couple months. I have incorporated it into all my workouts, including cardio. I originally limited it to only weight days. I am a monthly subscriber to this product and would definitely recommend.
