Item Quality Comprimised
I bought the 15kg in January (great item)And so I then bought the 10kg in February however, the handles have completely changed and i would say not fit for purpose.I contacted Physioroom who have advised that the manufacturer have changed the handles without them knowing but they can issue me a refund. Of course thats what i want so happy days.Be warned though, the new handles are a cheap rubber tubing rather than the tight black plastic handles as on their original item / pictures. The quality is simply not good enough. So on this occassion I'll be using another supplier.
