I installed this Delta set as part of a bathroom update, and it really changed the whole look of the shower. The matte black finish looks modern and gives everything a clean, more expensive appearance. The In2ition shower head is my favorite part. Having the regular shower head and removable handheld together is very convenient, especially for rinsing the tub, cleaning the shower, or when you want the water directed exactly where you need it. The controls feel solid and smooth, and the water flow has been good. I also like that the pieces all match nicely instead of having to put together a set from different brands. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality and appearance. It's a good combination of style and everyday convenience, and the 2-in-1 shower head makes it much more useful than a basic shower setup.

Was upset that after 2 years the diverted failed and was leaking badly called Delta to see about a replacement not only did I get a human but she was very nice and patient but extremely helpful. After supplying a little information a new replacement was on the way easy as pie it arrived in 3 days way ahead of time. This was BEST customer service experience I ever received. Delta stands behind its products and warranty without having to jump through a thousand hoops how refreshing! Highly recommended

This product installs easily like most Delta kits, however it looks much higher end than the basic ones. The sprayer has multiple settings, and the matching hose is a plus. I do wish it was more metal than plastic but it’s affordable which I’m sure if the difference there. Only gripe is it’s fingerprint city!

Pretty much as expected from Delta. I like their valve bodies. Replaceable cartridge. Good quality that holds up well. The price isn’t egregious. Long tub spout (good). Tub spout requires sweat connection (not a con necessarily but maybe not a DIY install). Two downsides: 1. The “click” of the hand shower into the fixed head isn’t great. Very “plastic-y”. Kind of hard to seat well, reliably. You stick it up there, it falls out, then you concentrate and stick it so it stays. Requires too much thought. 2. Delta’s gold finish is really more like a trademark color that a truly “brushed gold” (I think they call is “champagne bronze” - that really is just a little different than brushed gold). Anything that’s close to it must also be Delta to match.

We bought the Delta Arvo shower set with high hopes and on the recommendation of several reno professionals when we redid our hall bath in 2025. Unfortunately, the finish started showing permanent water spotting almost immediately. We started wiping it down after every shower/bath, have never used anything besides water or vinegar to clean it, and still, here we are. After a year and a half of use, it's extremely unsightly. On top of that, the diverter broke several months ago, so water pours out of the tub spout even when the shower is on, reducing shower water pressure significantly. We couldn't believe that such a highly recommended brand would both break after one year AND have major cosmetic issues with the finish. We tried to make a warranty claim with Delta. They agreed to replace the diverter but not the rest of the kit, claiming that we must have hard water. None of the other shower and sink fixtures in our home have this problem (none are Delta brand, and all are several years to several decades old). We could not be more disappointed in this product and this company. We're a Moen family now.

After struggling for many years trying to wash kitties in the bathtub with a shower hose that almost reaches but doesn't quite, I finally had enough! I did tons of research and found this Delta shower head with extending hose and said "why not?" and ordered it. I am so glad I did! I can now rinse my cat's butts without having to move them into weird yoga positions because the hose doesn't reach - all I have to is give a tug and the hose extends and cat butt is rinsed without bloodshed - hooray! Personally, I love the rain shower setting, as I have fibromyalgia, intense shower pressure can be very uncomfortable, but not with the Delta shower head - it really feels like I'm outside during a gentle rain and because of that my nerve endings are nice and calm! If I need to rinse conditioner out of my hair I just change the setting to the handheld shower head that has more pressure and I'm all done in under a minute! Be warned, if you're looking for super intense water pressure and you're not on city water, it probably won't happen. My husband wants the water pressure coming out of the shower head to be about the same as the pressure coming out of a fire hydrant, or if the shower is hooked up to four 747 jet engines - basically he wants all of the skin cells of his epidermal layer removed at over 300psi to have it be considered a "shower" LOL! Three cats and I love this shower head! Hubby says it looks nice and loves how it makes washing three cats easy, but until someone makes a shower head with the pressure of rockets blasting into space he won't be happy LOL. 4 to 1 have voted that this is the best shower head ever! Thanks Delta! (I did not receive anything for this review and paid for it myself.)

It didn’t fit well my setup And I’ve had to return it but the quality of this was very good. Great design as well and very minimalist ❤️ loved it a lot and hard take not being able to install it 😔

Looks really great in our bathroom against the new tile! Nice smooth matte finish & functionality as well 👍🏻

Would avoid this at all costs. The pressure is extremely low and its hard to latch on the shower head.
