Where can I buy replacement lids? I have 2 water bottles from this company and both lids split.

Hello, we are sorry we don't sell single lid on Amazon, but if the lids break because of our quality, please feel free to contact us with the broken lids picture, you can contact us through your order, we will reply as soon as possible.

Has anyone had trouble with the flip straw/cover breaking, or just the larger plastic lid version?

I don't know, but ended not using this bottle, it was not as convenient. My kids seem to not enjoy using this style flip with straw attached.
