Bought this for my dad to fill out. It does have a vast range of questions, some that do not necessarily need to be in there. The quality is great, and certainly is worth it if you want anything written down so that nothing is forgotten.

I bought this as a gift for my father-in-law who struggles to express his emotions verbally. He has so many life stories so we thought it would be nice to eternalise them.I ordered the hardback which feels like it's of good quality which is important when you want to have it for a keepsake. The book is beautiully done and is very well structured so you don't have to think too much about what to write, just follow the prompts. There's plenty of space to write the answers and the questions are fun, thought-provoking and varied. The book is a bit Americanised but still suitable for the UK.My only negative would be I'd say it's a little too high a price for what it is, but I would still recommend the book.

A wonderful book, asy lay out for those with older eyes and lots of space for stories.i got this for my dad and i see he has been filling it in, i cant wait to see what he's had to say and look forward to reading his (most likley sarcastic) comments about his life.

Nice book but a lot feels irrelevant for my partner for the questions, would be a great book if came from a happy life but may be upsetting to reflect on if comes from a one parent family.
