Charcoal! Weber does make gas units, too.

Is there a trick to get the ash pan off and on early, I'm having a terrible time of it. Thank you.

Keep the bucket clean when not in use- empty and wash out the basin it a good idea to keep your grill clean after using also- scrape the ashes down into the collector but don't clean the lower completely just the grill and the bucket after the thing cools down like the next morning ~crc

What would happen if I exclusively used hardwood natural lump charcoal instead of briquettes in the Weber Premium?
